Abstract
Ion migration between different types of Y zeolites during hydrothermal treatment process was studied by means of XRD, SEM-EDS and IR . Ion migration can be carried out and the migration promoted shrinkage of the unit cell of Y zeolite. The FCC catalyst containing composite zeolites of REY and HY showed higher cracking activity and better product selectivity than REHY catalyst.
