abstract = "This paper is to investigate which factors influence the implementation of ICT in education. The paper identifies multiple factors that influence the success and failure of ICT from the literature. 30 studies which had full-text access were coded and analyzed in this study. The results reveal 4 dimensions and 31 critical factors for ICT implementation in developed countries. The findings of this investigation would be of value to the further application of ICT in improving the teaching and learning.",
