Integrated active lithium niobate photonic devices

Abstract

We demonstrate integrated active lithium niobate photonic devices including high-gain waveguide amplifiers and electro-optically tunable single-frequency micro-lasers fabricated using photolithography assisted chemo-mechanical etching technique.
