Abstract

Stimuli-responsive elastic organogels have a potential for functional sensors and actuators. Here, Wang et al. prepare a stretchable, robust, and elastic organogel, which is capable of in situ swelling by organic droplets, giving rise to indefatigable and shape-programmed deformation, demonstrating a potential for chemical sensing devices.
