Abstract

Hydroformylation of 1-butene was carried out in [Bmim]BF₄/H ₂O using RhCl₃/TPPTS as catalyst. The high selectivity for the n-product was obtained (n/iso ratio up to 9.1). The catalyst/solvent system could be reused, and the catalytic activity was not decreased obviously after 5 times recycle.
