Abstract

Shadowing in inelastic lepton-nucleus scattering is analyzed by using the modified Gribov-Levin-Ryskin evolution equation. We find that a comparison of the structure functions between nuclear and proton targets at x<10-3 and Q2>1 GeV2 can provide useful information about the hot spots of the nucleon.
