Abstract

By introducing the hierarchical structure, we effectively solve the flickering problem caused by the incorrect matching between frames. First, we do hierarchical segmentation on each frame and label a key frame. Then we build relationship between frames. During this step, a novel hierarchical matching algorithm is proposed to refine the segmentation result by making use of the hierarchical structure. The experimental results have demonstrated the efficiency and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
