Abstract

The general synthesis of ordered crystallized metal oxide nanoarrays was presented. The nanoarrays were synthesized by microwave-digested mesoporous silica. The nanoarrays with mesostructured frameworks were characterized by x-ray diffraction analysis, transmission electron microscopy and nitrogen sorption measurements. It was found that the mesostructures could be hexagonal nanowire arrays or cubic nanosphere arrays depending on the topology of the host.
