Abstract

Carbon nanotube films grown on nickel sheet by CVD method were directly used for the electrode materials of capacitive deionization device (CDD). The surface structures of carbon nanotube films were characterized by FESEM, TEM and BET. The adsorption of NaF on CDD shows that the performance of capacitive deionization of the obtained electrode materials, is excellent and the electrode can be regenerated and reused.
