Abstract
The information asymmetry and opacity in real estate has been paid many attentions in the last few years. A typical information system toward real estate, EstateSpider, which collects information from web, is provided in this paper. It searches and crawls by parallel processes, gets rules and guidelines in real estate by technologies in statistics and data mining. It is illustrated that the run-time result is consistent with real market observation. We also discuss some future trends.
