Abstract
The preparation of electrochemical microsensor based on an electropolymerized film of tetraaminophthalocyanine copper and its response to NO were described in this work. We have found that the microsensor based on the electropolymerized film of tetraaminophthalocyanine copper Cu(TAPc) and Nafion shows a high activity for the oxidation of NO with a high sensitivity and selectivity for NO determination. NO concentration is linear with the oxidation current in the range of 1.20×10-8 to 1.00 ×10-6 mol/L with a calcuated detection limit of 6.00×10-9 mol/L. The microsensor could be free from the interference from some biological substances coexisting in biological fluid, such as ascorbate, uric acid, nitrite and matebolites of monoamines. The microsensor could meet the requirements of in vivo measurements of NO.
