Abstract

In traffic design, technology of CAD is often used to design traffic routes and structures, In recent years, landscape design of roads and bridges is gradually paid attention by people, but the current result is too professional to verisimilar. This paper proposes a highly-efficient simulation structure of landscape design according to simulation requirements of transportation landscape design, and also uses methods based on model normalized method, which effectively integrates the true topographic data and height field data, to generate virtual terrain fast. In this paper, particle systems approach is also adopted to draw different weathers. Using particle system without state to realize ripple effect of road in rainy days, and using multiple texture blending to draw night landscape effects. Finally, through using the technology of simplifying and accelerating, we realize realistic simulation of transportation landscape under different circumstances. It is very meaningful for the simulation of landscape design.
