Abstract

In this paper, the deformation of the polarization hysteresis in ferroelectric thin films with conductance is analyzed both by calculation and experiment. We find that leakage may cause the hysteresis loop rising vertically up the ordinate (i.e. a gap) when E becomes zero, if leakage of the film is asymmetric at different polarities, vertical drift of the hysteresis loop maybe occur.
