Abstract

A method to direct trajectories to a target in one-dimensional and multi-dimensional maps by the use of the feedback perturbations of a parameter is given. It can be applied not only to a chaotic attractor but also to the nonchaotic case when variation of the parameter which needs to direct the trajectories to the target is allowed.
