Abstract

A sub-micrometer (0.8 μm) meander structure of the high Tc superconducting film YBCO infrared detector was fabricated by using the synchronous radiation technology. The receivable energy of IR radiation by the sensitive elements was enhanced about 42 %. The detectivity D* for the best detector was 1.8 ×1010 cm·Hz1/2 W-1 at the operational temperature of 90 K.
