Abstract
With the rapid development of Chinese urbanization and industrialization, it has become an increasingly pressing problem to alleviate the situation of blackening and stink of the urban rivers. In the requirement of controlling black-odor river, this research was operated with the support of the National Key Water Program during the 11th Five-Year Plan Period. In this study, the commonness technical network service system of urban black-odor river treatment is designed and developed, using B/S structure model and based on the WebGIS technology and database technology. The service system can realize three functions of technical browse and query, technique service and performance evaluation, and provide systematic and effective decision support basis for the treatment of Chinese urban black and stinking river.
