Abstract

Traditional video magazine only includes existing video or the video that producer re-created, but the video that users are interested can not be produced by them flexibly. Accordingly, this article puts forward a method for users to re-edit the video based on their ideas and the method contains the video annotation and video analysis techniques. Finally a new video magazine player which support for previewing and extracting the video is implemented. Currently, this player has been successfully used to re-edit the ping pong match video and coaches can quickly and accurately locate the motion that they concerned quickly and accurately. At the end, it illustrated the flexibility and practicality of the player after the test.
