Abstract

This article analyses the decision behavior of hospitals in the most competitive health service market under the Approved Hospital Regulation System (AHRS) according to the economic game theory. We induces that hospital's benchmark quality (when AHRS doesn't exist) is higher than the quality when she's a Approved Hospital (AH) in the most competitive health service market. By constructing a behavioral model of hospital decision utility, this article provides new theory interpretation for the medical difficult situation and new thinking for the physical reformation in China.
