Abstract

In this paper, we proposed an open source Chinese question answer system (CEQA), which focuses on the field of E-commerce question answer system. Particularly, CEQA is able to improve the performance in these aspects compared with the traditional method: ChineseEnglish mixed commodity name identification, semantic link and dependency parsing of complex questions, linking knowledge to natural language. Specifically, the key algorithm utilized in CEQA includes Conditional Random field and Word2Vec. Finally, we evaluate the CEQA on the open data sets, where our experimental results show that our approach is promising and superior. A demonstration video has been published at http://t.cn/RbkKklF.
