Abstract
We have proposed a microfluidic device with a concentration gradient generator for cancer biomarker detection by integrating ZnO nanorod arrays into microchannels. ZnO nanorod arrays exhibited a remarkable fluorescence enhancement, and the concentration gradient was successfully established. Thus, high efficiency and reduced time-consuming biodetection can be expected due to this device feature.
