Abstract

Correction to: Nature Methodshttps://doi.org/10.1038/s41592-024-02553-7, published online 10 December 2024. In the original publication, two DIA datasets—the dose-response rapamycin dataset corresponding to Extended Fig. 1b, d and the dose-response HSP90 inhibitor dataset corresponding to Supplementary Fig. 21—were searched using Spectronaut version 18.1. All other DIA datasets were searched using Spectronaut version 15.3, as now clarified in the Methods “DIA spectra analysis” subsection. The Methods are updated in the HTML and PDF versions of the article.
