Abstract

Highlights Enhanced piezoelectric performances of P(VDF-TrFE) nanofibers are obtained by optimizing the collector rotational speeds during electrospinning process. The fabricated piezoelectric nanogenerator achieves an ultra-high sensitivity of 5.76 V·kPa−1 under the low force range of 0‒0.1 N. The piezoelectric nanogenerators are employed for real-time Braille recognition and sensitive manipulation of robotic hand.
