Abstract

In this paper, we present an overview on the state-of-the-art of the quantized consensus and consensus with limited data rate of multi-agent systems, which is a hot topic of the systems and control community in recent years. The background, motivation and significance of this field are introduced and some representative methods and results are summarized. On the background of multi-agent systems and networked control systems, some future research directions for this field are presented.
