Abstract

A vehicle positioning system is presented in this paper, which can get the location of moving vehicles using rotating wheel ranging information when the GPS signal is disturbed or lost. The operating principle, system structure and basic algorithm are introduced in this paper. Based on analysis of experiment data, we can conclude that this system can meet the requirement of vehicle position.
