AC conduction mechanism of SrBi2Ta2O9 thin films below room temperature

Abstract

AC transport properties from 100Hz to 15 MHz of SrBi2Ta2O9 (SBT) ferroelectric thin films in the temperature range of 10 to 300 K were reported. The dominant conduction mechanisms at different frequency ranges were analyzed. Results indicated the existence of conduction through the perovskite octahedron layers of the SBT structure.
