Abstract

Aim: To explain the meaning of group counseling and learning adaptation and probe into the theory mode, the way of establishing group, and the way of theme-based activity for developing and advancing the learning adaptation of students. Methods: The practice of developing learning adaptation for students was carried out by the theory and way of group counseling, in which the experience was acquired. Results: This study indicated that cognitive-behavioral model was the main theory mode of group counseling for learning adaptation, and the theme-based activity was the main way of group counseling for learning adaptation. Conclusion: Group counseling is an important to develop and improve learning adaptation for students, and good learning adaptation is of use to both learning achievement and mental health for students.
