Abstract
As a field of cross-regional and transdisciplinary, a drug discovery platform for natural product is built to accelerate the process of drug discovery. In order to promote the cooperation and improve the research efficiency, the assessment on the reliability among all collaborative parties in the platform is needed. In this paper, a reputation-based trust mechanism for drug discovery platform is proposed, which computes the global and local reputation of every node by collecting the evaluation information between nodes and considering various influence factors including the node's capacity, participation, and time. The experiment results show that the proposed trust mechanism can be efficiently applied in the joint research and development of new drug.
