Abstract

Traditional distributed applications are designed in the way that a set of processes is fixed in some nodes of network and cannot move. However, Mobile Agents System (MAS) varies greatly from them. In MAS, agent can migrant from host to host. This character differs lot in system design. This paper first introduces briefly two ways of meeting arrangement based on non-MAS, and then a MAS-based way is presented. At last, we compare the advantages and disadvantages of these ways.
