Abstract
The tanh function expansion method for finding traveling solitary wave solutions to coupled nonlinear evolution equations was described. A complete implementation RATHS written in Maple was presented, in which the operator mains can output exact solitary wave solutions entirely automatically. The effectiveness of RATHS was illustrated by applying it to a variety of equations.
