Abstract

A 3D DNA nanostructure-based sensor platform for DNA detection has been developed. This strategy provides significantly enhanced spatial positioning range and accessibility of the probes on a surface over previously reported DNA sensing architectures. The use of this versatile DNA nanostructure-based detection platform leads to highly sensitive and selective DNA detection in biological fluids and greatly enhanced sequence specificity for SNP typing.
