Abstract

This objective of this paper was to evaluate the world's tier-one universities and research institutions under the principle of scientific, rational and fair. The evaluation results has obtained 32 rankings in four categories. The evaluation result of 2012 shows a rising rate of China's academic competitiveness, from which the position of 6th in 2011 to the 5th in 2012.
