Abstract
Nanotechnology is an emerging area of science that involves the engineering of nanosize particles of various materials which has a potential to play a major role in green agriculture. The nanopesticides composed of organic molecular active ingredient nanocarrier complexes have been widely applied in agriculture. However, the effects of nanopesticide on aquatic animals is rarely reported. In present study, Chinese mitten crabs Eriocheir sinensis were raised under exposure to varied concentrations (0, 0.012, 0.06, 0.12, 0.60mg/L) of lambdacyhalothrin polydopamine microcapsule suspension (LC- PDA) for 7,14,21 days to explore the effects of LC-PDA on related immune gene expression and intestinal microflora composition. The blank suspension was taken as a control. The results showed a downward trend for prophenoloxidase (Propo), lysozyme (LZM), myD88, PPAF, caspase, crustin gene expression along the increase of exposure time. There was little side effects under the blank LC-PDA suspension exposure. Besides, the immune gene expression in hepatopancreas was higher than that in haemocytes. We further studies the relative abundance of Bacteroidetes in 0.60mg/L and blank PDA suspension, the results showed a decrease in Shewanella and Amromonas genes in comparison with that in control. It can be concluded that LC-PDA microcapsule suspension influences the expression of immune gene both in hepatopancreas and haemocytes. The composition of microflora in intestine is related with LC-PDA.
