Abstract
农村不稳定问题是伴随着我国改革深化而出现的。经济利益分化、城乡差距拉大、流动人口增加、基层组织涣散、干群关系紧张等是造成农村社会不稳定的原因所在。要防范并化解农村不稳定问题必须从政治、经济、文化三个层面入手 ,采取切实有效的对策
